Using this initial cost projection, we move forward and make adjustments according to the project specifications. We will listen to your needs, wants and ideas and provide our professional feedback throughout the course of your endeavored project. We have developed a 7-Step process that guarantees results. JC General 7-Step Process

Complete Request Proposal Form: We will review your project requirements and schedule our initial consultation at job location. If you have architectural plans, please bring them along or e-mail them to us prior to meeting.
Preliminary Work Proposal: After our initial meeting, JC General will implement a Preliminary Proposal detailing your wants and needs into a First Draft Proposal.
Design Concepts and Specifications: Fine-tune the design details together, develop a detailed Construction Cost Analysis and Proposal for your approval.
Permit and Applications: Architectural drawings and work requests applications are submitted to township to obtain the necessary work permits.
Pre-Construction Conference: Project Manager and owner will review the plans and design concepts and provide a breakdown of each step of your entire projecton.
Construction Begins: Your project manager will provide progress reports and walk throughs to keep you apprised on the project's performance.
